Sailor's Bay - Timeless, classic, warm summer spice.
Our rendition of Bay Rum, Sailor's Bay uses West Indies bay leaf essential oil and a warm & spicy clean, phthalate-free fragrance to replicate the spicy scent of the traditional fragrance. Sailors in the 1800s who were awfully smelly from weeks at sea, began steeping the leaves of the West Indies bay tree in rum and using it as a cologne, hence the scent was born. Sailor's Bay has a nautical look with a blue and ivory stripe with a special barnacle texture on the top.

Ingredients:
Olive oil, coconut oil, water, sodium hydroxide, avocado oil, shea butter, castor oil, fragrance, kaolin clay, walnut hull, zinc oxide, indigo.
*lye does not remain in final product.
External use only, avoid contact with eyes.
Although essential oils are plant derived, they can be allergenic. If you are unsure, test a small area of skin before using.
To get the most life out of bar soap, make sure they are elevate and not allowed to sit in or under water. Our cedar wood soap dishes can help reduce this problem that other soap dishes can cause!
